Our Story

We started in 2020 as a small, family-run lawn care and landscaping company, focused on delivering dependable work and reliable service to our local community. What began with mowing lawns and managing outdoor spaces slowly grew as clients began asking for more.

First, it was carpet cleaning. Then came short-term rentals, which taught us how to move quickly, manage high expectations, and deliver consistent results. Over time, we realized our strengths translated well beyond residential work, and the real opportunity was in serving commercial clients.

By 2024, we made the decision to fully transition out of lawn care and focus entirely on janitorial and commercial cleaning services. It was a natural next step, building on years of listening to our clients, adapting to their needs, and learning what it takes to be dependable in any setting.

Now operating under the name Guardian Building Services , our team is focused on delivering high quality cleaning and facility support to your space. We are proud of where we started and and more excited about where we are going.
